Description
The early type of SA/NSKK daggers was produced from 1933 to 1936 and is distinguished by characteristic design features. First and foremost, this includes the material used for the scabbard fittings and handle - nickel silver (German silver), as well as the quality of parts fitting and scabbard coating (anodizing). Early examples are particularly valued by collectors due to their manufacturing quality and historical significance as the first models of service daggers of the storm detachments.
Edward Wüsthof - a German company from Solingen that specialized in the production of edged weapons and blades. The company was one of the authorized manufacturers of service daggers for the SA storm troopers and the National Socialist Motor Corps NSKK during the Third Reich period.
