Description
Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge (Flugzeugführerabzeichen) An award established for pilots of Nazi Germany's air force, presented upon completion of the full flight training course and qualification as a military pilot. Worn on the left breast of the tunic. Several types and variations exist depending on material, manufacturing method, factory, and year of production. This remains one of the most widely collected Luftwaffe badges among Third Reich militaria collectors.
Comes complete with its original case bearing the badge's name. Cases are considerably scarcer than the badges themselves, making this complete set a rare find for any collection.
